My Opinion to Dustin Johnson’s Bag
The Driver is just a Distance Club, in my Opinion is the Driver not good because if you haven’t got a very consistent Swing you won’t have a good ”connection” to the driver and you will miss a couple of fairway more if you don’t hit it in the middle.
The 3 wood is gorgeous, I like the Shape very much, also not a bad change was the they doubled the Forgiveness from the 3 wood, It would be straight in the Bag if it wouldn’t make such a crunchy and plasticy Noise.
Irons: I like the thing that they let Dustin Johnson do a Prototype Iron set. I coudn’t play it because they look like a real Butterknife, not enough forgiveness in my eyes, but I hope that Taylormade is going to do a Caberty Back in this Look.
Wedges: The Milled Grind feel really soft and the Sound is very smooth. They are a little bit uncontrollable for example: you’re hitting in the sweetspot and normally you hit 90m, with the Milled Grind you can just hit it 82.
Putter: The Spider Tour clubface is looking gorgeous nut the Shaft-clubface connection hasn’t got enough offset in my opinion, but the Feel is soft but not super soft.
Der Driver: Der Driver ist nur ein Distanz Schläger, der Driver ist nicht sehr gut da man bei einem unkonstanten Schwung kein gutes Schlaggefühl. Ich habe ihn ausprobiert und ich denke das man mit diesem Driver mehr Fairway’s verfehlen wird.
Das 3 Holz ist super, ich mag die Form sehr, auch nicht schlecht finde ich das man die Schlagverzeihung vedoppelt hat. Ich würde es mir sofort kaufen wenn es nicht so einen ”plastikischen” Ton macht.
Die Eisen: Ich finde die Idee Dustin Johnson ein prototypen von seinen Traumeisen zu machen sehr gut. Ich könnte sie nicht spielen das sie für meinen Geschmack zu schmal sind denn sie sehen wie ein echtes Buttermesser aus. Ich hoffe sie machen einen Caberty Back in diesem Style.
Die Wedges: Die Milled Grind Wedges fühlen sich sehr weich an und der Klang ist auch sehr weich. In meinen Augen sind sie ein bisschen unkontrollierbar, zum Beispiel: Trifft man den Ball in der Mitte und man schlägt ihn normalerweise 90 Meter schlägt man ihn manchmal mit diesem Wedge 82 Meter.
Der Putter: Der Spider Tour Schlägerblatt sieht perfekt aus. In meinen Augen hat es ein bisschen zu wenig (Offset). Das Schlaggefühl ist weich aber nicht super weich
